Phil Shaw
Prior to starting Foreshore Investment Holdings in 2020 Phil worked for Citigroup Global Markets in Hong Kong and London where he ran a diverse 90 person team across Pan Asia that included Japan and Australia. His role was focused on collapsing execution channels, maximizing net revenue/margins, Blocks, IOI’s, crossing and “Best Execution” post MiFID 2. Phil has strong client relationships built over 25+ yrs via a player/manager style, many of which he still has to this day. He was an active participant at conferences including Asian Trader Forum and the SFSTA. Whilst at Citi he took them to a consistent Top 5 McLagan for Pan Asia, and the team was rated number 1 by Greenwich in 2018 for Asian Equity Sales Trading & Execution Service Quality, Asian Equity Electronic Trading Product & Service Quality.
